A Family favorite

Zucchini Bread

3 cups flour
1 ½ cups sugar
¾ tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmeg
2 cups shredded zucchini
1 cup chopped nuts
½ cup raisins or dried cranberries
3 eggs
1 cup salad oil
Combine flour and all dry ingredients including zucchini, nuts,
raisins or cranberries. Add in eggs and oil, stir until blended.
Bake at 350 for 1 ½ hours until golden brown on top. Cool in pan
turn out after ten minutes. Makes one large loaf or two small loaves.
If making 2 smaller loaves check bread after an hour of baking.
